Property portal Zoopla is the main sponsor of The Negotiator Awards, the UK's leading awards programme for property and letting agents and suppliers. Zoopla is also a partner of The Negotiator Conference & Expo, which takes place ahead of the awards.
The event will take place on 29 November 2024 at the iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London.
Established 16 years ago, the Negotiator Awards pride themselves as the UK’s leading independent awards programme celebrating excellence within the property and lettings agency industry, as well as recognising the contributions of suppliers and the residential property sector as a whole.

An outstanding judging panel

The Awards are a free program to join, with no registration or licensing fees, and a truly inclusive program that gives agents of all sizes the opportunity to get involved, have their say and have a shot at the coveted prize.
Industry Summits
Launched 12 years ago, the Negotiator Conference & Expo has become the key industry networking event for the property and lettings agency industry. Held ahead of the Awards, the event brings together independent agents from across the UK to discuss the issues of the day, prepare agents for the year ahead, learn and network.
The event is CPD accredited by the CPD Accreditation Service and Propertymark. The event is supported by an exhibition of up to 40 suppliers to the property and lettings industry.
