Preparation is key to selling your home quickly. Getting stuck looking for the wrong building regulations can slow down the process of completing paperwork and preparing a contract with your ideal buyer.

The required documents (depending on the situation) are:

☑ Mortgage or secured loan: Full account details for your mortgage or secured loan will be required.

☑ Probate or Power of Attorney: This is more likely to be relevant if you are selling a home on behalf of someone else.
