When looking at the parking information mandated by Part B, the number of non-compliant listings is even larger.
Only 75% of live listings include parking information, and the remaining 25%, or 133,161 properties, do not include parking information.
In Glasgow, the number of non-compliant listings has increased to 36%, while in Newcastle it is 31%.
