MQube shares its AI chatbot with numerous financial institutions

MQube has given many lending partners access to an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot.

This tool has been used by brokers through MPowered Mortgages for over a year.

Can answer standards questions from internal staff, brokers, and borrowers and provides immediate responses.

Lenders will be able to integrate the bot with their internal systems, broker and customer web portals, and existing chat functionality.

MQube also offers a sandbox version that allows lenders to freely test the chatbot based on their own policies and be confident that it will work with their systems.

Since this was implemented at MPowered, MQube claims it has freed up staff to resolve over 90% of standards inquiries without the need for human intervention.
