The National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) has partnered with Homebox.
Homebox provides assistance to landlords and agents during the transition period between tenancies.
Utility management companies can help notify water and energy companies of changes in tenancy, as well as inform relevant authorities about council tax arrangements for rental properties.
Additionally, we offer a housing setup consultation service for new residents that allows them to pay all utility bills in one monthly payment.
The partnership will enable NRLA members to receive accurate utility bills with up to a £15 credit automatically applied each time a gap occurs.
NRLA Deputy Director of Commercial Sam Croasdale said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Homebox, an organization that helps landlords across the market reduce costs between tenancies.”
“Gap periods can be stressful for landlords and result in additional costs. NRLA members can benefit from Homebox's reliable service and reduce the administration that many landlords experience during the period between tenancies. It will reduce the burden on you.”
Dan Bramhead, director of growth at Homebox, added: Our exciting partnership enables landlords to streamline and automate utility bill management and reduce the administrative burden of the lease modification process. ”
