A local estate agent is starring in Rightmove's new advert featuring reality TV star Charlotte Crosbie (main photo) to 'sell Sunderland'.
The piece, which the portal calls a “playful parody” of real estate shows, sees Crosby promoting three of the area's most desirable properties. 
'Selling Sunderland' features three agents showing each home, with the former Big Brother winner and Geordie Shore star praising its features.

Rightmove says Sunderland is already a popular choice for property buyers in the North East. It ranks in the top three in the region behind Newcastle and Darlington.
The campaign aims to highlight Sunderland's potential as a great place to call home, the portal said.
The video features local agents Michael Hodgson, Fine & Country's Sophie Ruhr and Bradley Hall's Helen Wall.
