Why do buyers really like February?

RightMove data shows that it's not just romance in February. It's also the best time to list properties.

Analyzing sales from 2012 to 2023, the survey showed that January and February were the fastest two months for new real estate listings in 51 days. Meanwhile, nearly seven (66.3%) of the 10 homes listed in February and March were completed as successful sales. February will be a sweet spot.
