The UK's largest Lettings Agency OpenRent lists the list in the right move of the studio flat at the center of the planning column.
The flat, created at the former Premier Inn Hotel near Gravesend in Kent, is likely to be investigated by local councils without approval of the plan.
However, the ads that were published when the denial was checked say there are only two flats available for monthly rent starting at £700.
Potential violations
According to the list on Right Maube, the Old Whitbread Hotel, renamed Bays Waterhouse, boasts “a fun studio that can be rented in a beautiful single-well area (near Gravesend).” Pull out the bed.”
Gravesham Council reports that the building is still listed as a hotel rather than a residential building, Kenton Line.
A council spokesman told the Kenton Line: “We are considering potential violations of planning regulations on the site and cannot comment further at this point.”
False advice
The design and build of Alder who submitted the planning application says he was given “false advice.”
Project Manager Jim Godwin said on behalf of the owner:
“We were advised by a planning consultant that the proposed use does not constitute a change in use from C1-Hotel, as the proposed use is 'optimal' given the available classifications. . ”
