The Marsden Building Society relaxed the Expat Mortgage standard, including additional support for foreigners returning to the UK.
The association's lending policy renewal was made on foreign housing and foreign landlord loans.
Foreigners returning to the UK are eligible for foreign mortgages, whether they are with the same employer or have new contracts in the same field as their future start dates.
Except where appropriate investment or retirement income can be determined, professional sports people who have received a loan of up to 80% at the end of the mortgage period and accept the value of the home residents at the maximum retirement age.
For co-applicants eligible for affordable prices, the income multiples of only applicants above £75,000 or £100,000 increased by 4.5 times to 5.5 times
Currently, up to 30 acres of properties are accepted, up to 80% LTV, no commercial use or farm tenancy or relationship
