They may not be Batman, Spider-Man, or one of the incredibles, but Cambridgeshire real estate agents claim to be selling “superpowers” of real estate on rare YouTube videos.
The claim is made by a group of EXP UK agents with the help of industry figure Simon Bradbury after quitting his job as MD at real estate agency Thomas Morris.
We are a group of highly experienced real estate agents, and we each have different strengths and superpowers. ”
“Currently, in Cambridgeshire, seven Exp agents will be starting their business in a few weeks, including Jeroen 'J' Kamminga, the latest recruit,” he says.
“We meet regularly to exchange ideas and even potential buyers,” says Bradbury. “We are a group of highly experienced real estate agents, and we each have different strengths and superpowers.
“I thought it would be interesting to promote a jointly innovative approach to buyers and sellers.”
This video (see below) has the great advantage of some claims against competitors. This includes selling a home at a request price, clients' needs (obviously not many agents), doing it differently than other agents, and having 40 years of experience in the industry.
The perfect setup
“We have long believed that UK real estate agents should act more collaboratively and that the EXP network should be fully set up to achieve this,” says Bradbury.
He notes that Exp has a great referral system, which means agents will start receiving referrals from mentors and buyers from around the country or around the world.
“But we all know that any lead is just as good as the individual dealing with it, and that individual has a superpower, it's much better,” he adds.
In this video, Exp agents around Cambridgeshire explain their superpowers and explain how to use them for the benefit of their customers.
“Acknowledge when you're wrong” and “Rise the fee,” says industry veteran
