Virgin and Natwest revealed further rate changes.

Majorrangers Virgin and Natwest announced changes to the rates that are effective starting March 6th.

Virgin has been confirmed with an exclusive purchase mortgage, with 80% LTV 2- and 5-year fixed interest rates down up to 0.09% from 4.37%. 80% LTV fix and switch fixed rate reduced by 0.07% to 4.92%. Retrofit Boost 5-year fixed rate will be down 0.10%, starting at 4.87%, with its own new 2- and 5-year fixed rates down up to 0.10% from 0.50%.

For purchase transactions, changes will reduce the 2-year fixed interest rate by up to 0.10%, starting at 4.47%, and the 5-year fixed interest rate by up to 0.10% from 4.34%.

Green 2- and 5-year fixed interest rates will be reduced by up to 0.14% from 4.30%.

For Remortgage, the two-year fixed interest rate will be reduced by up to 0.10%, starting at 4.43%, and the five-year fixed interest rate will be reduced by up to 0.10% from 4.34%.

For exclusive BTL, 60% & 75% LTV 2-year fixed interest rates reduce 1% fees from 4.40% to up to 0.05%.

Additionally, 60% and 75% LTV 2-year fixed interest rates reduce 3% fees by up to 0.10%, down from 3.59%.

Green Deals Cashback has been removed, but now only has a free rating.

The NatWest Rate change includes a 2-year fixed rate purchase of 60% LTV core range, down from 4.46% to 4.41%, with a product charge of £0.

Buy 2-year fixed-rate purchase 90% LTV, increasing 8bps to 5.20% to 5.28%, but product fee £0

For a two-year fixed-rate Remortgage 60% LTV, it reduces 2bps from 4.61% to 4.59%, product charges £0 and cashback £250.

For 90% LTV, the rate has increased from 5.23% to 5.28%. Product charges are £995 and cashback £250.

For lenders' five-year fixed rate remalt, 90% LTV, the fee increases from 4.94% to 4.99%, with product fees of £995.

Natwest's 2-year fixed-rate purchase 90% LTV's first-time buyer home has increased from 4.98% to 5.03%, product fee £995 and cashback £250

At FTB 5-year fixed-rate purchase 90% LTV, the rate rose 7bps to 4.67% to 4.74%, with product charges of £995 and cashback £250.
