Aspen Bridging has reviewed four important senior promotions to support its £250 million business goal for 2025. This represents 25% book growth.
Aqib Iqbal will become the head of credits, and Sinead McMurray has stepped into the vacant role of credit managers. Both participated in both graduate recruitment schemes (GRS) in 2021 and 2022, playing an important role in helping lenders manage and improve their credit function.
Richard Tudell will be promoted to underwriting manager, a senior underwriting company. He started out as a lender through GRS in 2021 and now handles some of Aspen's most complicated cases.
Richard Coombs will move to broader transfers as operations manager for credit analysts.
This promotion follows the lender's recent announcement to GRS of four appointments, and is soon named Midlands BDM.
