Mortgage Intelligence and the next intelligence added Keystone Property Finance to the lender panel.

The move will provide over 6,500 brokers with access to the products of Specialist By Tourette Lender, part of the network and mortgage club.

Advisors will also have access to Keystone product transfer rates for existing borrowers and cashback products for new applicants.

Keystone also offers product transfer plus range. With this range, landlords can make further progress with product transfers without having to carry out a long process.

Keystone held a webinar on April 16th to help network advisors understand how they can help complex purchasing practice cases.

Keystone was previously on a panel at Mortgage Club Dynamo for intermediaries that merged with NI in January this year.

Elise Coole, Managing Director, Keystone, said: “This is Keystone's major milestone and we are pleased to be added to the panels of Mortgage Intelligence and Next Intelligence, two of the leading mortgage distribution companies in the market.

“We are committed to supporting brokers with exceptional services and practical underwriting.”

“We're committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Graham Wood, Head of Products and Partnerships at Mortgage Intelligence. “We are partnering with Keystone Property Finance and are proud to have more broad access for our members to innovative and flexible lending solutions for our clients.”

Cat Armstrong, director of the next Intelligence Mortgage Club, said: “We previously were able to work with them for intermediaries under Dynamo, so we believe that competitive solutions for landowners with more complex requirements will be greatly appreciated by our members.”
