Rising Comedy Star Farah Sharp has teamed up with Zoopla to host a new series of videos introducing the quirky properties.
The social media video shorts, called “Show Me a House,” also feature local agents discussing their homes at Sharp.
Zoopla says the video gives agents the opportunity to reach more viewers through social media.
Entertainment first
Each video consists of house tours offering “entertainment first property content” to fresh audiences on Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube, Portal says.
Throughout the series, Sharp and the Zoopla team travel around the UK to meet local agents and find the most interesting property list in the country.
The three episodes are already live and are generating “strong cut-throughs,” Zoopla said, with over 70,000 views across social media channels, including Tiktok and Instagram.
“Bank Robber” house
Episode 1 features Hamptons real estate agent Mark Brefitt (main picture, Farrar Sharp). He sold a viral “bank robber” pink home for sale at Notting Hill, featuring a unique rooftop terrace, for £1.25 million.
Meanwhile, Episode 2 features Simon Stone, a unique real estate company whose sharp width is skewed around a historic London home, 7 feet wide.
For agents with unique homes, this is a great opportunity to boost the scope of their list. ”

“We're committed to providing a great opportunity to help you,” said Joby Russell, Vice President of Marketing at Zoopla. “For agents with unique homes, this is a great opportunity to boost the scope of their list and generate more interest from future buyers.”
“We're committed to providing a great opportunity to help you,” said Breffit, senior advisor at Hamptons Private Office. “It's exciting to be involved in a project that not only shows us behind the scenes some of the best homes on the market, but also introduces the human side of real estate institutions.”
Zoopla is looking for a more unique property that will feature in Season 1. Additionally, agents interested in submitting property for consideration can fill out this form.
