The spread of AI within the real estate industry has taken the latest step following the launch of a service from major real estate agency Arun Estates.
This has revealed an AI-based “staging tool.” This allows potential buyers to “run” the property before making the offer and visualize its potential.
As expected, it is called AI virtual staging, and the company's service is assigned to the stage rooms in four different styles: farm, modern, modern and luxurious.
For Arun Estates, this service allows for a significantly more attractive property list for both buyers and sellers.
First impression

“First impressions are really important, and AI virtual staging allows buyers to see the true potential of the home right away,” says Luke Salmon, Head of Marketing at Arun Estates.
“Making the space more visually appealing means we are more likely to attract more attention to sellers and receive more inquiries and offers.”
The agency is “leading” in this tech-based launch, and says giving vendors an edge is a highly competitive market.
While traditional staging can be extremely costly and time-consuming, AI virtual staging allows Arun Estates to offer a fast, flexible alternative. Arun Estates is leading the way in which it adopts the latest technology to help sellers sell their homes in competitive markets.
The launch is not only in Arun in London and southern England, but also across the company's multi-brand business in the southern part of England, including wards at Kent Allen, Pittis and Kent Estate Agency.
