Target Group has hired a new Chief Risk Officer at Jonathan Hall.
The business process outsourcing company says Hole (pictured) has 40 years of experience in credit, market and operational risk, including internal and external audits, compliance and approved regulatory features.
He has senior roles in financial institutions such as Barclays, GE Money and Santander, and has the authority to cover both the UK and European markets.
Hall also gains experience managing risk and compliance in the mortgage market with companies such as Aldermore, Foundation Home Loans and Paragon Banking Group.
According to Target, Hall will work with the executive team to create a risk and compliance framework designed to protect the interests of the business and its clients.
He will also work with internal teams to support bids and provide regulatory updates.
Target offers a variety of services, including mortgage and loan origination, payment and collection, real life services, and people as a service.
Target Group CEO Peter O'Connor said: “Jonathan's impressive track record across multiple disciplines and established blue chip organizations clearly speaks for itself and makes a great addition to the target team.”
Hall adds that “the conflicts that often exist between risk and operational or commercial teams are not present in the target.”
