It's starting to get busy! New property portal opens in Northern Ireland

A new property portal for Northern Ireland called NI bricks has been launched into a rapidly crowded market.

Pragati Dhingra, Founder and CEO, NI Bricks said, “NI Bricks was born out of the need for innovation in the real estate industry. We identified a gap for affordable, technology-driven solutions for real estate agents.

It's an easy-to-use and affordable alternative to existing real estate portals.”

“With this platform we aim to lead the digital transformation of the property industry in Northern Ireland, enabling estate agents to maximise their reach, minimise costs and drive business efficiencies.”

To encourage early adoption, agents who register with NI Bricks by 31 October 2024 will be able to list their properties free of charge until 31 December 2024.

Tough competition

The new property portal will face competition from established players such as Rightmove and Zoopla (which has no agents registered with OTM), as well as NI-only PropertyPal and Propertynews and new entrant HomesNI.
