Morgan Ash hires Edmonds as consumer duty consultant

Morgan Ash has appointed James Edmonds as consumer duty consultant.

Those joining Edmunds will have experience managing customer vulnerabilities from within a financial services organization and interpreting Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.

He has spent nearly 20 years in CX and strategy roles across financial services for established brands such as L&G, RSA, More Than, JUST, James Hay and Nucleus.

In addition to starting his own consultancy, Duty CX, Edmonds is Commercial Director at Investor in Customers, where he focuses on the growth and strategic development of Consumer Duty and CX propositions.

At Investing in Customers, Edmonds is working closely with Andrew Gething and MorganAsh to launch a new partnership to incorporate customer vulnerability data from MARS into Investing in Cutsomer's suite of consumer obligation reports.

In his new role, Mr. Edmonds will work closely with MorganAsh's senior team to support the company's customer vulnerability proposition and help more companies across a variety of financial sectors adopt the MorganAsh Resilience System. Masu.
