Quantum Mortgages has hired Kevin Beale as new business development manager for the Midlands and Mid Wales.
The buy-sell lender said Mr. Beal has a “strong background in business development and sales.” 
“His expertise in building and nurturing customer relationships, coupled with his deep understanding of the mortgage industry, will be critical to strengthening the lender's business profile and achieving its business goals in the coming year.”
Mr Beer has over 20 years' experience in the financial services sector and was previously a Specialist Finance Account Manager at OSB Group, where he managed specialist finance accounts through the Interbay brand for over two years.
Prior to that, he spent over seven years at Precise Mortgage, leaving as new build sales manager.
He also worked for Santander for over seven years, leaving as business development manager.
