We are evaluating properties in your area, Your Highness.

We may have been a little ambitious when approaching house hunters to offer them new homes.

We're always on the lookout for good homes to offer house hunters (test our knowledge with our instant house valuations) Tower Hamlets is London Havering comes second and Croydon comes in third place for those looking to buy property.

The survey found that the average price for a three-bedroom house in Tower Hamlets is £550,000, making it by no means the cheapest borough, but that honor belongs to Barking and Dagenham, which are relatively centrally located. The average weekly income was found to be £250,000. For residents, the wealth of amenities and access to transportation all make it a more attractive buying proposition than elsewhere in the capital, according to the study.

So we approached Tower Hamlets to broker some of these wonderful properties for our clients…indeed, to one Beefeater's surprise (and to our surprise) , one of our appraisals was sent to his home in the Tower of London.

Spike Abbott served in the Royal Air Force Air Crew for 35 years before taking over the wings and donning the national uniform as a Yeoman Observer at the Tower of London. He is spending his retirement as a caretaker and tour guide, an opportunity afforded to veterans with more than 22 years of service. He provides insightful tours of the tower's history and is highly rated on TripAdvisor. His Twitter @spike_abbott is a great glimpse into the life of a Beefeater, as we experienced firsthand.

In a 2015 interview with the Oxford Mail, he said of his move to the Tower: I live with other Beefeaters in a two-bedroom apartment in a converted hospital block. It has a village atmosphere. We also have our own pub, the Yeoman's Club. ”

It's true that it's vibrant. This is a wonderful region full of rich history, culture, and lots of activities. In fact, we have impressive penthouses available to share the benefits of this stunning location. Looking for some culture? Check out one of the many theaters just across the bridge. What about history? Take a 3 minute walk to the Tower of London. Not close enough to water? A 2-minute walk takes you to Tower Pier, where you can enjoy a lunch cruise.

Have you checked the value of your home recently? You can easily find out the appraised value of your home on the Internet.

2 Bed Penthouse | River and City Views | Tower Hamlets
