online assessment

Want an online home appraisal? Our online valuation tool takes into account similar properties for sale or for sale nearby and provides you with an estimated value. We recommend consulting a local professional for an accurate assessment.

How do I coach Foxtons?

If you have not received a valuation but already know the price you would like to sell your property for, please contact us using our online valuation form. A local Foxtons manager can direct your property in no time.

If you have had your valuation at Foxtons and you are happy with the price suggested by the manager, you can instruct us online through your My Foxtons account. You can view assessment details and sign terms and conditions online.

All visits to our branches must now be pre-booked. If you would like to speak directly to a member of our team, please contact a Foxtons valuer directly or make an appointment through the relevant office.

How does viewing work?

After a thorough risk assessment of the procedure, we will conduct in-person viewings with only one household in attendance. Our priority is to keep you and our team safe and we ensure everyone involved in your viewing adheres to strict safety measures. We require property occupiers to read and confirm that they can comply with our viewing guidelines. Any tenant or buyer viewing a property is expected to follow a similar set of guidelines. This is to ensure that we operate in the safest way possible. Foxtons' appraiser or manager will discuss these guidelines with you prior to the viewing.

To help you market your property in the best possible way and to the most relevant tenants or buyers, we help all of our clients film video tours of their properties. Your local manager will provide you with a guide on best practices when photographing your property. We'll also edit your video if necessary and make it ready for immediate upload to Foxtons.co.uk. Your video will be sent to all tenants or buyers whose search criteria matches your property.

What happens if I receive an offer?

In line with current government guidelines, offers will proceed as normal but move-in dates may be delayed. Your manager will make sure that both you and the buyer or tenant understand the current situation and help you work towards a schedule that is mutually agreeable.

Our sales and lettings teams are working hard to help our clients sell or rent their property during the current situation. You can contact your local Foxtons Manager from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, or you can also start the process online by completing a property valuation here.
