A major parliament imposes a fine of 18,000 pounds to the HMO landlords.

According to the executive and local safety ministers, Mr. Side Gani: “We are working to confirm that all real estate in Barking and Dagenam complies with plan regulations. Measures taken for the Woodwards maintain these standards. It shows our dedicated attitude to do.

“Despite multiple warnings and opportunities to correct the situation, they continued to ignore our executive team, so there was no choice but to take legal measures.

“I hope this lawsuit will remind you of what you need to comply with for the planning regulation.”
