eKeeper starts as finova broker

finova Broker (previously known as eKeeper Group) was launched as part of the finova brand to support the brokerage sector.

finova Broker provides tools designed to streamline operations, improve the client experience, and increase broker profitability.

The company's CRM platform includes features such as digital communications, integrated credit reporting, and customizable customer retention workflows.

This enables brokers to manage each stage of the customer journey while remaining compliant and improving financial performance.

finova Broker builds on the strengths of Mortgage Keeper, a key part of eKeeper.

Recent enhancements to CRM functionality include a lead validation system and a comprehensive process for leads from initial inquiry on the broker's website to partially completed FactFind.

Brokers will also benefit from enhanced customer engagement tools, including automated client and referrer communications and secure customer portals.

finova Broker now also integrates mortgage club finova Payment Mortgage Services (fPMS), formerly known as MCI Club.

The club provides intermediaries with payment processing services as well as all the usual features associated with a mortgage club.

With fPMS, procurement fees are paid within 24 hours and brokers have access to a wide range of support and referral services, along with customized technology solutions, including flexible licensing options.
