Halifax adds free EPC test to green mortgages

Halifax has added a free Energy Performance Certificate test to its Green Living Rewards mortgage.

It added that customers who applied for a new purchase, mortgage refinance, further down payment or product transfer after July 31 will be eligible for green living benefits, and those who successfully apply will be entitled to a free test. Ta.

There is no minimum Energy Performance Certificate rating for a Customer's property in order for the Customer to be eligible for Green Living Rewards cashback.
