TSB launches a two-year sub-4%, while Clydesdale Bank drops by up to 0.21%

TSB has been reduced at 3.99% lower interest rates for selected homes, product relocations and additional borrowed products.

The reduction includes a two-year fixed interest rate of 0% to 60% loan value (LTV) and a 3.99% £1,495 fee. This is available to existing TSB customers who complete the product transfer.

Other reductions in product transfer range include two-year revisions from 0% to 75% LTV and 85% and 90% LTV, down up to 0.20%.

Lenders' 2-year fixed first buyer and home mover 85% and 90% LTV was reduced by 0.10%, while 90% LTV was reduced by 0.10% from 75% and 5-year FTB and home mover 75%.

The 75% LTV, which is the additional borrowing range, has reduced by up to 0.20% from 0% for housing 2-year fixed 0%, while the 3-year fixed has reduced by up to 0.10%.

Meanwhile, Clydesdale Bank has reduced rates to its core product range, monopoly and Buy-to-Let (BTL) range.

The LTV 2-year BTL rate from 60% to 75% has fallen by 0.21%.

Bank's 75% and 80% LTV's two-year residential remut exclusive fees will be reduced by up to 0.12%, while 65% LTV's two-year and five-year residential product exclusive fees will be reduced by up to 0.10%.

The core product range will trim up to 0.10% of selected 65% and 75% LTV 2- and 5-year home charges.
