Do not list your property in only agent for more than two weeks. This is controversial advice from industry figures Simon Bradbury.
Former Thomas Morris MD, now an EXP UK agent, includes tips from a new marketing video he produced. 
A few weeks after joining fellow Exp UK agents to claim they were selling “superpowers” on YouTube videos, he again lays himself in front of the camera.
Basic mistakes
Now, the St.Neots-based agent has released a video explaining whether future home sellers should insist that agents shouldn't.
“I see a lot of sellers making basic mistakes when choosing a real estate agent to sell their home,” explains Bradbury.
“And I thought it would be a good idea to share my advice on the video in a punchy style that involves people.”
According to Bradbury, the five “Do not” are: Don't use real estate agents who buy cheap bad coffee Don't use real estate agents who seek only agents for more than two weeks.

“We've had a lot of feedback about the video,” Bradbury said.
“I really understand their position, that is, until recently, when I concluded that the only agent contract for 8, 10 or 12 weeks is only the advantage of the agent, not the seller.”
