Those who dismiss the sale/committee as a “prehistoric” or consider it a noticeable self-expansion of agents are guilty of misunderstanding of Trevor Abramzone (pictured) of the gorgeous London real estate agent Glentree.
But Abramzone, believing in the power of digital portals, social media and videos, claims he is not a raddite, but says that when a simple solution stares at us in the face, we are all guilty of thinking too much about the problem.
“At least a third of the market is made up of potential buyers/tenants, which could potentially be the most enthusiastic buyers/tenants of real estate if they were actually on the mailing list or noticed social media.
Brick n' mortar enzymes start flowing in abundance when you see the sale/let board
“However their 'brick' mortar enzymes start to flow in stacks when they're looking at the board for sale while traveling. This is the only way a real estate agent can get this enquiry. ”
Abrahmsohn points out that they are not because “rubber cells” can already see everything on the portal, as complainers are not violating people's privacy. The sales committee also helps to remove casual sellers who have placed their property in the market, without the real intention of going through it because they never use it.
Release the power of the board
He states: “What's worth £20 these days? At the price of a real estate agent's weekly hairgel bill, using a sales/letting board allows you to capture some of the markets that are normally out of reach.
“Overall, it's an incredible list of the benefits of some wood and paint that clients can't even pay.”
Therefore, he advises the agents that if they really want to sell, they should not complain late to the market, but instead “release the power of the board.”
