Dublin-based mortgage platform Lendwell is targeting the UK launch of broker application services.
AI native software for mortgages and protection products scans, classifies and analyzes critical documents, reducing 10 hours of application processing into minutes. 
The company can add machine learning algorithms for the platform, assess credit capabilities, identify risk factors, and flag potential non-compliance issues.
However, the business, founded in 2023 by founders Jamie Lawless and Cathal O'Brien, is already looking to expand in the UK.
Lawless, CEO of Lendwell, said: “We have gained great traction in Ireland and there is currently a great opportunity in the UK to benefit mortgage brokers and their clients.
“By streamlining the mortgage process through AI-driven solutions, brokers have been able to increase productivity by three times and expand their business efficiently and sustainably.”
The company did not provide any further indications regarding the UK launch timetable.
The business also offers lead generation, customer relationship management and workflow software, which bills on a usage basis.
