Real estate agents in East England have denounced other real estate companies using AI to write real estate descriptions.
Sue Hall, a coastal real estate specialist at Norfolk Estate Agency's Arnold Keys, has released “a bland, lively copy that is plagued by American spelling and robot corporate speeches.”
Hall needs to ensure that all, including agents, are “our servants, not our slaves,” and her company is “more and more and more AI-generated copies of which are sneaking into the real estate market.”
“AI can't predict taste, or, when it comes to crunches, buyers can't predict the fact that they can exchange practical requirements for something better emotionally, such as a great view, a sense of local community, or simply the way the home “feels” it.
Do all sizes fit?
“This is especially true in places like Norfolk, especially in North Norfolk Coast, where the home is really unique and certainly doesn't have a convenient one-size fit.
“I have said many times that real estate agency is not about bricks and mortar, not about people and dreams, that is what AI simply doesn’t get.
“A great real estate agent relies on experience and instinct, listens to what the buyers really want, and invests in the process on an emotional level. In other words, they have not only artificial intelligence but “property information.” ”
